Starting a business is quite intimidating as I am a retired teacher, but have identified needs of children in my community. After vacillating about starting a mentoring program, I am diving in. Much to my delight, Emily has been patient, kind, and effective in meeting my needs as I work my way through this process. Thank you Emily!

Sarah was amazing in providing me with what I needed when I confused my orders. She was quick to respond. Loving the smooth filing experience.

Christina was an amazing help and very patient as we had some struggles initially. As a new business owner, I’m glad the we have people like her to contact when we need some help.

I used State Fillings to help me file my LLC, and I had Emily as my account manager. I had questions and needed help with a few different things regarding my account page on their site; and she was incredibly prompt in responding to my emails, along with being very friendly yet professional. In addition the filing (and approval) of my LLC was basically immediate. From the time I completed things on my end, submitting my paper work to State Fillings; and they submitted my paperwork to the state; my LLC was approved all within 24 hrs. And even after that, I had some additional questions. Emily again answered them incredibly promptly, with the same kindness and professionalism; letting me know that she will continue to be there for me as my account manager. I can’t say enough about her and how helpful she was.

Emily has been extremely helpful and quick with answering my questions!
