A quick email to Emily and within minutes my issue was resolved and should make the rest of my process much smoother. I started my new business and had paid what was needed through the state filings portal. Then within a week I received letters saying I needed to pay for additional fees. I was uneasy about it and ended up speaking with ERIC TERCERO who informed me that they were in fact solicited letters(unaffiliated) which now makes sense. If anyone is ever unsure you should always check your inbox through the state filings portal to see if they match what’s in the mail(paper). Thank you Eric for your excellent service, I feel way better, he is the real deal!!
