It was a little overwhelming at first, but as I went through each step of creating my LLC, the site walked me through my sticking points. The biggest thing I appreciate is the communication with everything. For example, I made a mistake with my BOI. It was quickly and clearly communicated to me what was needed. Once I resolved the issue, Emily, my case manager was quick to reply and very courteous. She offered help in the future.If I had any more issues or questions, just reach out and she would help.
