The agent (Bri) was very knowledgeable and was the one who discovered that the name of the company I wanted was already taken. But, in the process,some how the system went ahead and processed that request. So, bells and whistles went off and said I had two requests for EINs. Bri then was able to delete the error. She suggested that I confirm with the state filing department to ensure I’m only processing for one EIN. Bri went so far as to provide me the link to confirm that what the system is actually reflecting on their end. It’s so refreshing to not have to speak or text a bot!!

Whenever I have questions, I call my assigned staff member Emily to answer any questions and she is always so knowledgeable and helpful in everything that I need. I love this sight. I recommended it highly.
