Star Van LinesReviews of starvanlinesmovers.com

I recently had the pleasure of using STAR VAN LINES for my moving needs, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The team at STAR VAN LINES handled every aspect of my move with care and precision. Their expertise in packing and unpacking ensured that my belongings were well-protected throughout the journey. Their storage options provided me with the flexibility I needed during the. From the initial consultation to the final delivery, their team demonstrated exceptional organization and communication skills. They clearly understand the importance of a smooth move, and it truly showed in every step of the process.Despite the minor setback of a few hrs delay due to long traffic,I can confidently recommend STAR VAN LINES to anyone in need of a reliable, full-service moving and storage company. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to customer satisfaction set them apart. Whether it's a home move or a business relocation, they have the expertise to make it a seamless and successful experience.

Slava and Marat both did a great job upon delivery. Handled items well and were able to get everything from the truck to the apartment in a smooth manner.

Our items were delivered in two separate trucks when they only filled up one truck. The second truck came ~2 weeks after truck one. There were damaged items and missing items. I've reached out to Star Van Lines via phone, text, and email with no response on how to file a claim. I purchased the more expensive insurance plan as well. I will unfortuantly be filing a report with BBB and hiring an attorney to address these issues.

Great job. Thanks Alex.
