Good but slow. getting the EIN process takes SO LONG. and they will make excuses saying is not their fault but other alternatives does actually get this faster. so I encorage StartGlobal to improve their process as you can't do business without an EIN number and waiting more than 3 months is not really a good experience.

It's a one-stop-shop service for registering your business in the USA. I got my business phone number, mailing address, EIN, and tax services under one roof. The only problem is that they misspelled my name twice when filling in legal forms and some of their features like the Books and Taxes are not functional.

This started out well, company setup, banking, EID went smooth and faster than expected, however, i have yet to receive a phone number, i have now been waiting a month and in spite of multiple "we understand your frustration" emails, mixed with a reply that was either ignorant or condescending, nothing happened. The last update I got was 9 days ago. Setting up phone number and SMS forwarding is something I do for a living for my clients, it's not hard, it's done thousands of times a day. You need a US phone number with SMS forwarding capabilities in order to activate a lot of accounts these days so I am still in a holding pattern. I could do it myself but I am paying these guys for including it in the package. I am still happy with the other services provided, in fact, I was blown away by the whole process in the beginning. It does seem like this company has some growing pains and problems handling non-standard deviations to their onboarding process. If you are in a hurry, I suggest you chose another provider for now.

The job is complete but should not be on the basis that the customer has expressed dissatisfaction before, the requisite follow-up be done.

startglobal delivers the services they promise, and i was very grateful that they also helped with setting up my bank account at Relay. However, the process took a LOT longer than i thought (almost 6 weeks), which was a bit stressful for me since I needed to sign contracts with clients and bill them through the LLC. They had good communication through customer service though, and in the end it all came together.

EDITED: I am not satisfied with the services offered by this business: Tax filing was done properly, but very close to the deadline. Tax advising was poor or not existent. Mail forwarding didn't work until I told them they had received a mail for me. Phone number service is pricey and you can find way better deals elsewhere. Not providing a real usable business address that they own. Overall you can find elsewhere better pricing with a higher quality service. This review is given by my personal experience with them.
