Very good but could be even better.
The job they advertise is done - for now they did a good job, but I think they lack other services related to the topic. Service was very well fulfilled, but when I asked questions slightly off-topic, they had hard time answering.

Overal the service was great
Overal the service was great , the team was very responsive through emails and walked with me the whole way. My only critique is the phone number , was not able to reach them by phone. Apart from that it was great.

Good Experience
Overall a good experience for me. Company formation was super fast, was all done in a week. Package is a bit pricey compared to other services but handling the process to the end, including phone, address, bank acc request was what gave an advantage. I would expect some legal and tax advise though to be added within the package, without having to pay a fortune for a consultation with a lawyer or a tax advisor. The staff are generally helpful and responsive. Had some hiccups in the bank account request but eventually got it resolved with some help from their side.

The onboarding process was pretty good
The onboarding process was pretty good, but once I finished setting up my account, paid and LLC was created. I lost the possibility to talk directly to someone on StartGlobal. Now all my questions need to be an email that gets answered in a couple of business days.
