The best customer service I have ever experienced. Our 18 month old PCI express card decided to give up working and Startech have shipped a replacement out today - no quibble or fuss they do not even want the faulty unit sent back. Startech has the best quality and reasonably priced products and adapters. They are explained very clearly in the product description. They have excellent customer support too! I spent months trying to find the right solution for my pc and monitors set up and Startech had the perfect solution.

I had a new device, which was not working. The customer support had no waiting time and the gave me a lot of time to find the problem, to check the item, but also connected items. they were friendly and in no way patronising. If I need something else and Startech has it - I will buy it.

Bought an SSD caddy. What a great piece of kit. Well made with details considerably more than I expected. Even an inbuilt LED drive notification. Lockable, with 2 keys provided. Highly recommended.
