I ordered an earring and it's a very pretty earring however it is extremely small. Like ridiculously so, that being said I'm happy with the purchase and it's my own fault for not checking now that being said if someone is spending $400 usd for one earring it shouldn't be the size of your pinky finger nail. Also the insane amount of packaging that talks about engagement rings when I ordered an earring. I can't even gift it in the nice packaging without them thinking I might propose. (No I don't want compensation or a reply or a discount and this is just my experience)

They make an excellent product that is very customizable and are willing to work with you on any customization not selectable on their webstore Company website communicates well and is upfront about the time it will take to fulfill your order.

The ring is beautiful and the case it came in is amazing, my fiancé loves it. The only thing that I could say that could be added to service is a preview option. During the customization process you kind of have to guess how it’ll turn out but it is still amazing. You put a lot of detail into it.

The order took more than 1.5 months to arrive from the order date. My ring was supposed to be engraved but did not arrive with the engraving. When I reached out to ask about a resolution they asked for proof, which I provided. After which they apologized 'that the engraving was not as visible as I hoped' - ridiculous - more like it was not visible because you did not engrave it. Just own the mistake. Then they proceeded to suggest that I take it to a local jewelry store to get it engraved and send them the receipt to reimburse me. Terrible way to conduct business. Never again.

Hi Tammy, Please accept my most sincere apologies. Our goal in offering free engraving is to help our customers create unique memories, and it deeply saddens us that this has turned into an unpleasant experience for you. After reviewing your case, I recognize that our communication fell short and caused you unnecessary frustration. Please be assured that your issue is now being prioritized for a resolution. We have sent a detailed solution to your email and look forward to hearing back from you so we can make this right. Best regards, StarlandUS Boutique Team

The ring is gorgeous, great communication and the preview video sent prior to final polishing is an excellent touch. Only negative is that since it's online you don't have the opportunity to select the stone yourself.
