I’d like to start off by saying the 1 star reviewer is someone who’s upset they didn’t pick a different ring and want to try and shame an amazing company. Jimmy was nothing but grateful, supportive and the definition of under promise over deliver. My first ring I ordered was unfortunately stolen by some scum of the earth loser. This took me for an absolute disaster of a spiral mentally as I’ll be proposing to my girlfriend in a week. Even after I contacted Jimmy with such an unbelievable occurrence, he never wavered in making sure I was set for the big day. He immediately had me setup a new order which was well discounted as I dropped around 2K on my first ring. Luck behold!!! The law enforcement in my town caught this trash human being after breaking into 2 more vehicles in my city and locked his sorry self up. My ring/box was among the stolen items and I went to identify it and pick it up. Spick and span, still the gorgeous engagement ring I first ordered. I really want to give kudos because even if that miracle didn’t happen. Jimmy and his team had finished my new ring today and were about to ship it out. What an insane turn around time, customer service and overall respect as a human being. Leave your sorry reviews somewhere else Karen, because this team and company is not the one you’re talking about. I’ll be happily proposing because of them.

I worked with Jimmy throughout the entire process. He was very transparent and forthcoming about every step of the way. It was really very apparent during the process of ordering the engagement ring how much Jimmy wanted to ensure we got what we wanted. I admit I was not the easiest client either but he never faltered and was consistent in making sure my demands were met. He was and is professional, friendly and determined to make sure you get what you want. When I got the engagement ring, it was better than I had expected!

I love the care and attentiveness to my order. I ordered earrings for my mom, sister in law and myself last minute for Mother's Day and received a follow up right away. The earrings are so beautiful and they are also engraved. The website was very easy to use in ordering the earrings but I was also given the option to speak with someone. Thank you for my beautiful earrings.

After placing an order, they reached out and asked specifics to make sure they I got exactly what I needed, in this case a ring that stacks well with another ring. Smooth purchase and reasonable delivery timing. Not much more to say—no complaints whatsoever. Thanks!

Buyer beware. This guy is a scam artists. I review my ring and it is far from what was in the photo. He is avoiding me and will not give me the return address . I am beyond disappointed. I have reached out about the quality of the ring vs the mock up. The quality I would say is 20 bucks on email 5 bucks on temu. I paid over two thousand dollars for garbage . Please please please Do not buy from them

I ordered an engagement ring 3pc stack from StarlandUs and it has blown past my expectations! The ring is absolutely stunning! I paid for the rush order and they had my ring to me within 3 weeks! Excellent work and excellent customer service. I look forward to working with them again in the future! Jimmy answered all of my questions and i believe made the overall experience a good one!

Perfect custom ring! I was looking for a custom Secret Garden Ring with Moissanite (Pear shape) and 18K White Gold. It came out absolutely perfect! Could not be happier with the experience. CAD was sent over to review and the custom ring came in about 4 weeks from start to finish. Thanks again!

This is a difficult review for me to write since I have a lot of conflicting feelings about my experience with StarlandUS. Here’s my experience: I fell in love with his moonstone engagement rings on Etsy and couldn’t get them out of my head. I was nervous about trusting an online shop with such an important purchase because I know that some Etsy sellers buy stuff on AliBaba and scam people. Ultimately, I couldn’t find any other ring nearly as gorgeous as StarlandUS’s, and ran his pictures through reverse image search to see if they were lifted from somewhere else. Nothing showed up and the reviews were all glowing, so I decided to take the plunge. I loved his triple moon double ring set and ordered the molds to see if I liked the size. They are $50 and if you decide to go through with the rings, the $50 goes to your purchase. I wanted the main ring to be raised in case I want to stack my wedding ring under it in the future. I requested this for the molds, along with a non stacking version just to test both out. When I got the molds, I received the ring I wanted but non-stacking, and a completely different ring that was stacking. I thought that was weird but didn’t give it that much thought, I loved the ring and wanted to move forward. I told him I want the ring I loved but stacking. I was under the impression everything was clear and understood. Since moonstone is fragile, I also ordered an extra set of stones in case they break in the future. Turn around time was pretty quick for the ring. When I got the package, I saw the ring was not stacking, it was missing the extra set of stones I ordered, and the stones themselves were pretty colorless. I was absolutely gutted. The ring’s craftsmanship was gorgeous, but I was utterly disappointment over the many things wrong with it. I reached out to the shop and demanded to get a replacement, get the stones I paid for, and more colorful moonstones. He was actually very quick to respond, apologetic, and very understanding. He sent me a return label and had me send back the ring free of charge. I had a feeling something else would happen, so I asked for a CAD before getting the ring shipped. I learned about this through Reddit, if I knew about CADs I would’ve done that at first to prevent the original issue. When he sent me the CAD, it was of a completely different ring but stacking, the same one from the mold. I was really frustrated. At this point, I started getting the feeling that this random ring is the default for his stacking rings. I also realized that clearly English is not his first language and he was struggling to understand me. I tried to make it as clear as possible I wanted the original ring, but stacking. He sent me a new CAD with the design I wanted, I finally felt better. When I got the new ring, this time it was everything I dreamed of and the order was right. It was absolutely gorgeous. It was stacking and the moonstones had a very deep, beautiful color to them. I got the replacement set too. I’ve now worn the ring (while taking care of it of course) for several months now and it looks as gorgeous as it did on day 1. I think I can confidently say that it truly is solid white gold, as there has been no signs of tarnish, which is something I was really worried about. The only issue is unfortunately that the ring is too big on me, even though I measured my size correctly. But both of the ones I got were consistently the same size, so maybe his sizer is off, I don’t know. But this is the least of my issues and it’s something that’s easily fixed. Ultimately, it has been a bittersweet experience. A lot went wrong initially but the ring itself is a gorgeous work of art. I am very happy and over the moon with it, still the most gorgeous ring I’ve ever seen, and I get compliments on it constantly. Although, I do have that unfortunate negative initial memory and still the remaining lingering anxiety of being possibly scammed (even though there’s no proof of that at the moment). My recommendation is to go for it if you love his stuff, as it is beautiful work, but ask for the CAD before ordering anything and be absolutely sure that they understand what you want.
