I felt, for how they build your ring custom made, it got done and delivered pretty quickly. Ring looks well done, haven't actually gotten the chance to use it yet, but I know the future fiancee will love it haha. They were quick to clarify which stone you would prefer, size, and any other loose end they want to clean up, all for the perfect ring. I really like that they reached out by text, felt up to date, and is my preferred method of communication. All in all, for a first time getting an actual nice ring, I felt this place was best for getting a ring that's unconventional and hard to access with other brands.

This is a special company. For the price especially, I couldn't of anticipated the level of quality, communication, and customization that StarlandUS delivered. I know I likely sound like a paid ad, but I'm just a happy customer who received an engagement ring (for his now fiance) that looks even better in person. I received emails throughout each step of the process, such as to send an image of the stones rough cut (to ensure the shape was ideal), and when I pointed out it looked slightly different in the photo, they enthusiastically took it right back, and as stated, the ring arrived looking better than I could've expected. My fiance was/is thrilled!

My ring could not have turned out better! I chose a round cut alexandrite for the center stone with moonstones surrounding. A black gold center band, and platinum outer bands. It is so beautiful and dainty and elegant, not gaudy at all which I worried about. It's literally perfect, exactly how I imagined it!
