Extremely long turn around times
Extremely long turn around times. Took weeks to arrive. Products are acceptable however, can use a local supplier and get same day or next day delivery for small percentage more in pricing without any additional delivery charges. Will only use in cases where I am in absolutely no hurry to receive products.

Thank you for your review and the opportunity to improve our customer service. Your order in April was fulfilled directly by the manufacturer and drop-shipped to you with no delivery charges. However, it was our mistake that led to the delay in shipping; your patience and understanding at the time were appreciated. I hope the 10% off coupon we provided helped improve the situation. Let us know if you have any additional comments or questions, and we look forward to serving you again soon!
