Hi Mercedes, we’re sorry for your experience with UPS. Last week, when UPS informed us of the damaged package, we reached out to you via email to tell you that we can refund you or we can substitute your order. We did refund you two days ago. We didn’t refund you sooner because we didn’t receive a response from you whether on or not you wanted to cancel or to substitute your order. Also know that UPS is not refunding us the shipping fees or cost of our water. But please rest assured we have refunded you the full amount you paid, including shipping fees and you should have received a confirmation. We work very hard for our customers. Unfortunately, we don't have a way to get you the water faster. We are at the mercy of UPS and shipping cross country is not as fast as we hoped.
