StarboostReviews of starboost.us

Starboost.US, Info.Starboost, TheRockingChair.CA Complete SCAM! I ordered the Stainless Steel Fountain and extra filters back in October. So many excuses - Backed up mailroom, Mixed up tracking numbers, New email address, Company Rebranding. It's been complete silence after requesting the new contact information. Just long enough to go beyond the date of disputable charges.

I believe this company is a scam. I ordered a “free” furry pet bed. Only had to pay s&h. $14.26. Shortly after making the purchase I was emailed by the company. 1-informing me they had changed their name from Starboost to The Rocking Chair. (It should be noted that their new site wasn’t the Rocking Chair but the Knocking Chair, odd right?) & 2-that tracking numbers had been mixed up and it would take an extra few days for me to receive my tracking info. Within a week of that last email, (There were a total of 3 emails sent by the company with no invoking on my part) still no tracking info, I reached out inquiring about the tracking info. RADIO SILENCE. 4 emails sent by myself later and still NOTHING. I have requested a refund, expressed my concerns that this company was in fact a scam and still 3 MONTHS LATER, No response, no tracking info, no dog bed, no refund, no nothing. I don’t believe I have any option but to take this as a $14.26, time and headaches lesson learned. I just want to warned others about the experience I had. I truly believe this company is scamming customers and frequently changing their company name, domain possibly contact and support info. BUYER BEWARE!

SCAM - Stainless Steel pet water fountain and filters - from Facebook- same story as everyone else. Emails about tracking and then a company name change. When you click links, it comes up as nothing found. Just submitted a dispute w/ my CC. Purchased in early October, still nothing.

SCAM ordered 2 beds never received did get two emails one saying problems with tracking numbers the other stating a rebranding name of "the rockingchair.ca" it's a fake to

I also ordered off the Facebook ad two dog beds ill never get. SCAM FAKE COMPANY 😒 I too hope there's a class action lawsuit..

I also ordered a dog bed in October via Facebook ad, received an email saying it shipped, but I'd soon receive a tracking up date, which I've never received. Credit card was charged and after seeing all these horrible reviews, I plan to call and dispute the charge. I've tried emailing Starboost and The Rocking Chair and have never received a reply, so I must agree that I WAS SCAMMED! I can't understand why Facebook allows scammers to advertise on Facebook either! Thieves! UPDATE! I contacted VISA and disputed the charge. Really irritating because I looked forward to getting the bed and so did my dog!

They are a fake company. Took the money and are gone. I hope there is a class action against them

Order 2 beds back on October 24th got a text on October 25th saying they both have shipped have NEVER received either bed. Nor can I reach the place!!! They have my money for both beds and now I am trying to dispute the charges with my credit union and have to CLOSE the card the charges were made on which is going to be a pain but hopefully I will get my money refunded back to me!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!! If you google the company now it comes back The Shop is Unavailable!!! WHAT A SCAM and they are getting away with it!!! KARMA will be knocking at your door eventually!!!
