I appreciated the timely delivery of links and Husna's proactive communication. However some things didn't meet expectations such as: - The quality of the content written, it was generic AI content with minimal to nonexistent human editing - The lack of progress reports, and the last report we received was unclear and did not accurately show our previous positions.

Almost a week since they were paid and still no request for access to my website. Surprised that I have had to send them information on how to access a Shopify site. Seems that they have no idea!
