Quality control update
I ordered 8 newel posts in poplar. Build quality is good but on opening the cartons 3 of the units have dings or dents on edges and base. It's not worth returning as I need to get this project completed, but it is disappointing as now I have to juggle faces and locations to hide defects. They were packaged fine. Update as of January 22nd. The company owner reached out to me with apologies and very kindly offered a lump sum rebate by way of apologizing which I accepted. It's really nice these days to find a company who wants to make things right.

Quality red oak quarter turns
The red oak quarter turns delivered on time and are nice quality. They match the straight red oak railing I purchased at our big box store. You offer them at a lower price than other stores
