Complete stair rail, newel post and baluster replacement
For my newel post, stair rail and iron baluster replacement project our first order was a little rough. The wood products came in good condition but most of the iron balusters were scratched, dented, bent and unusable. I am so grateful that I got in contact with Marilyn because she truly saved my order. She patiently listened to the problem that I had, provided a good reason as to why it happened and reordered and shipped all of the iron balusters and shoes back to me at no charge. She also stuck with me until I received everything at my home and I was able to inventory and inspect everything. Marilyn truly understands the concept of customer service and making company mistakes, right. Stair Warehouse is extremely lucky to have someone like Marilyn on their team!!!
