Non existing customer service No way to contact them. Billing service is from the middle ages. Paypal is good for buying stickers of ebay not 2000 plus bikes. Payments will go wrong as paypal is absolutely crap and guess what no customer service!!!!!

Their customer service is shocking, you get the ‘We’re happy to help email’ but then you don’t get any help. I spoke to the uk side and they said everything is dealt with by the American side by email. I now have a very expensive clothes horse which is less than a month old.
