Nothing they sell is plug and play as advertised, you will have to drill, cut and splice everything, most of your hardware will be missing or tinker toy metal, this place is a joke, And THEY WILL KEEP TELLING YOU IT SHOULD FIT, I FEEL ITS MY DUTY TO TELL YOU TO GO ELSEWHERE, do not purchase here. Zero quality control, wait a week to get the wrong stuff for your specific vehicle, the wait forever fo no help, very POOR business

Placed an order knowing it might not be in stock. Called them to get an ETA and decided to cancel order due to extended delivery time. Still waiting on refund after 7 business days. Unacceptable. I have never had to wait this long for a refund!

I purchased new Bilstiens for my 2024 Ford Expedition from Stage 3 Motorsports, I live in Peoria, Az. 2 towns away from where this company is located, This order was completed on July 3, here we sit July 21 and they still have not been ship, wrote an email and I couldn't even get a response from this company. I will not be ordering from this company and I wished I had done my research on this company prior to ordering.

Purchased a lift kit for a truck from them that stated it was in stock when I purchased it. A week went by and no shipping date provided. I called them and they said that the part was not in stock and coming from manufacturer. I told them to cancel my order immediately. They saids it takes a few days to cancel the order, and 7-10 days to get refunded. They took my money INSTANTLY. But weeks later, I still don't have my refund. DO NOT purchase from this company.

I ordered a tuner for my motorhome that was advertised as including three tunes. when it arrived, on time, it had no preloaded tunes at all, in fact it had zero tunes. I was finally helped by five star, the company making these tuners, to obtain one tune. it worked fine, loaded cleanly, but does not have any other tunes. I contacted 3star but get only a runaround. they sold me an item which i did not receive and brining this up in their chatbot just got me ghosted, many times over. Buying from this place is a mistake. they will not stand behind their advertising. 500 bucks for a tuner with no tunes. then ghosting me. buy from these guys at your own risk.
