Prior Authorizations
They do a great job taking care of prior authorizations, for which I am very thankful.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you so much for the 5-star review, Dr. Fiestam, You said you're "very thankful." That phrase hit me. Because here's the thing about prior authorizations. Nobody should have to feel thankful that this stuff just gets done. It should just happen. But we all know the reality, right? Prior auth is the worst part of healthcare administration. Period. Hours on hold with insurance companies. Fax machines that feel like relics from 1992. Denials that make no sense. Appeals that require more documentation than a mortgage application. All while a patient is waiting to get the treatment their doctor already said they need. When you say we do a great job taking care of it, what I hear is that our team is fighting those battles so you don't have to. They're the ones navigating the insurance mazes, tracking down clinical notes, following up on submissions that went into some black hole. That's not glamorous work. But it matters. Every approved PA means a patient gets their medication, their imaging, their procedure. The fact that this was an unprompted review makes it even more meaningful. You weren't asked. You just felt compelled to share. That tells me something real happened. Something that made your day a little easier. Your practice run a little smoother. Thank you for trusting us with something as critical as your prior authorizations. We know how much rides on getting these approvals through. Warm regards, Dan Nandan, CEO
