I offered to refund the accidental overcharge and also offered to reprint a new set of signs for you at no extra cost, while allowing you to keep the original set (a $275 value) so your team would not go without. You chose to receive a reprint so that is what happened. I have been replying to your emails and addressing your concerns as quickly as possible.
