I was scammed by this fake online shop, they steal people identity, take your money and keep sending fake messages. If you know what is good for you don't order anything from this site, they are full of syndicates scammers.

My order never arrived and I only received automated responses to my emails saying. We're sorry this sometimes happens we hope you receive it soon' even though customs had returned product to them and I'd sent the proof! Scam don't buy from Stackspread!

If I could give a minus rating I would. This company gives vibes of a scam - I would NEVER order from here again. I ordered a book for my child early MAY and it is now almost AUGUST and I still haven’t received it and they refuse to provide a refund and for several weeks have been claiming to have spoken to the courier and asked them to give me priority. No outcome, no package no nothing. Very clearly a lie given the circumstances. I would caution anyone considering to buy from here not to do so - i am so disappointed and I feel like my money was basically stolen. Beware!

If there was a negative 10 rating I'd give this. Absolute SCAM - take your money (in my case over $40USD) then send 2 x sticker books worth about $2. NEVER NEVER NEVER purchase from this company

I order a product from them and after 20 minutes I decided to cancel it couldn't find a link so I've emailed them 6 times now and two days have passed and I've heard nothing other then giving me a parcal update and i tracking number of a item I don't want!!! I'm still trying to stop the shipment but I'm still being ignored!!

Bought a retro console. First they overcharged me!upon complaining they said it was system errors obviously adding some editions costs. Once it arrived after almost a month it was damaged with scratches on the screen. Without any film converging screen to protect it. When I complained they said they sent another one but was a lie! After almost a month upon enquiring they said it was an error they need to check something and asked me to send photos and videos I did already before! Save your money guys no point of buying something’s that’s either broken or glitching. They have no shame to scum Please.

I ordered a preloaded retro game console for my son for Christmas, he opened it and it's clear we were scammed, the product lights up the screen but that's it......the product is defective , not fit for purpose and not at all what was advertised or what I paid for ......absolute junk from China and the customer service is absolutely dreadful with them offering 4usd in compensation rather than the full cost (€35) or a replacement unit. My son is very upset and so am I!!! Do not touch this scam company it's a total sham to take your money!!!!!! 🤬🤬🤬

They provide fake size charts. I bought pants in a size large, but received pants that would only fit a 12-year-old boy. They are offering me a $3 refund as compensation, even though I don’t need their pants. I want new ones. They don’t offer any return options and keep making excuses. People, do not buy anything from this seller. It’s better to pay more but have some kind of guarantees. I can only call this company scammers.
