FN 2.0 Pencil Product is built SOLID and I would absolutely LOVE it, *IF* it worked. The lead, claimed to be graphite, appears to actually be made of graphene and writes so extremely lightly that it's incredibly difficult to read. I did find their customer support department to be pretty responsive, but they very quickly turned cold when I decided I might want to return the product. Then, despite actually contacting them within the appropriate timeframe, they demanded a 15% "restocking fee," no such policy is posted on their website. I would have been willing to go three star had they not tried to scam me out of 15% of the refund amount. Not only is that scummy, but also pretty predatory. Hopefully, at some point, someone comes up with a better tip for these pencils that are now becoming quite popular.

The only issue I had on my end was with the mail carrier failing to deliver the package. I had ordered two Fat PP knives. Stabby Labs was very quick with their service to rectify the issue. I was sent another order at no cost to myself. I would be happy to buy from the company again.

I ordered 2 each of their FN 2.0 Pencils from this company. They shipped and I was impressed by their product. It is well made and built to serve its purpose. I've read the reviews of this business and when you start a company things may not go as planned. But wouldn't you want people to give your product a chance? Investing in a company involves risk. If you chose to help this company and you are disappointed because of things not going right or schedule hasn't been met, don't do no investing. You should know the risk and downfalls of doing this type of investment. Like the saying goes " No plan survives first contact with the enemy"! Play at your own risk. I hope this company does well !

Zero communication for months and no promise of any action to either supply their product to customers or refund those who haven't been given what they paid for. Terrible.

Bought a product They never send it, they kept my money, and dont respond to my messages to customer service Definetly a scam company

Got their "Massive Nut" product funded on Kickstarter and then basically ghosted the entire community that helped to bring their product to market. It's been over 6 months since this should have shipped, over 3 month since they said that everyone would be getting their dispatch no5icw/tracking number and they don't reply to comments on the kickstarter. Perhaps 1 in 10 people have recieved their backer rewards and most of those that did have complained about numerous QC problems (the initial delay was supposed to be due to them needing to tighten the QC so I dread to think what the originals would have been like). To add insult to injury they are now selling the thing on their website and actually shipping to customers before backers! Stabby Labs cannot be trusted with your money so stay well away!

Backed their project in Kickstarter back in April, 2025. I was charged USD 64 (Includes USD 15 for shipping) when the project was successfully funded. But after a while, delivery timelines weren't met, communications stopped and ultimately never received the product. Based on what I saw in comments, most never received the product. Looks like were all just scammed out of our money.

Backed them on kickstarter, they never delivered up until now or replied at all (just look up the massive nut at kickstarter). I assume they are broke now. Wouldn’t buy anything from their official store if they can’t even deliver to their backers. Received it today. Still wouldn’t recommend. Product is Okayish. Communication is not. Raised the rating to two stars because at least the backed product showed up.
