i received a beautiful white fuzzy sweater and loved it so much i just ordered 3 more sweaters!

I ordered two items. One fit OK, the other did not fit at all; I am not able to wear it. I emailed the service address and was told it could not be returned as it came from out of the country, not South Carolina as advertised. I was offered a partial credit to keep the item. A credit has not yet been applied to my account and I have a shirt that no one can use. HORRIBLE TO DO BUSINESS WITH. First contact to return was 10/25/22, then, 11/3/22, 11/5/22, 11/6/22, 11/29/22.

I love my Christmas shirt🎄

Good quality

Beautiful and well made. Runs just a little on the small side. Many compliments received when wearing them.

The quality of the products exceeded my expectations. My only reservation is not being able to exchange or return an item if it does not fit. I appreciate that they always responded to my emails promptly. And offered a small monetary refund for one of the items that did not fit.

Items were as advertised. Really like them

I love the product!! Fits true to size and good quality. The shipping took longer than advertised.
