The sweater is just beautiful and soft. However it took 4 weeks to get here. Hopefully process improvement to get mail items quicker.

Product is too light weight for winter wear, basically a t-shirt with spray on design. I wanted to return or exchange the 2 shirts for sweaters, but the return policy is basically no returns. We have decided not to return the product and to never do business with this company again because the quality of the product cannot be gaged until it arrives and then it is impossible to return.

Good quality and true to size. If you have a menopause belly and weigh about 152lbs i would order large instead of medium. Delivery took 2 weeks that it is not bad coming from the state to Canada.
