Horrible return policy & not made in…
Horrible return policy & not made in South Carolina - I was not impressed with the quality of the product as it was very light weight. And the label on the packaged clearly was placed over a Chinese label, so they are NOT made in South Carolina. I asked to return for a full refund. They originally offered $12 (and keep product) for a $80 order. I complained enough they settled on $40 refund and keep the products because they stated that to "return it to Asia" would be more expensive than what I'd paid. So clearly fraudulent information about where they are made. Their return policy is very confusing because in one place it says you have "30 days to return" but only if you keep reading do you see that it says they refund only for quality issues. I will not order from this company again.
