Emma is an incredible guide through the healing process of SSP! I have always felt so seen, supported, educated, respected, and helped by her. It has been a tremendously beneficial journey for me - my nervous system has definitely been healing and has gained so much more capacity. I’ve noticed that I have significantly less anxiety now. Highly, highly recommend!!

My experience with SSP has been both insightful and helpful. I started over 4 months ago but have had to go very slowly with the listening. Emma's insights and guidance has been incredibly helpful as my body seeks to heal from trauma. She recognized my symptoms and has been a huge help to me in understanding my own body and its reactions to SSP. I am only now after 4 months of listening to Connect starting to micro dose the Core part of program. I needed 4 months of Connect listening to help my body feel safe with the whole listening experience. Connect was a huge benefit to me! The micro dosing of listening is a key factor for my journey and I can't speak highly enough of Emma's wise counsel over these months to get me onto Core, I am optimistic about future healing using SSP and by having Emma in my corner.

I've long struggled with chronic pain from slipped discs in my neck and from medical interventions that didn't go according to plan. I'm also a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) and like many HSPs, especially those who are also extroverted, I've spent a lifetime pushing through and putting myself out there, even when it’s physically painful, overstimulating, and exhausting. Since first starting SSP, I have exponentially experienced a greater capacity for joy while simultaneously feeling less anxiety and pain. I've tried so many tactics over the year, and while many have helped, SSP is the only thing that has stuck at this depth and has even made some of the things, like physical therapy, work better for me. I'm so grateful to Emma and the SSP Wellness Center for helping me feel so much better both mentally and physically!!!

I wasn't sure what to expect from SSP and have been so grateful for the care and skill with which the program is delivered. Emma's expertise and kindness have made it all very easy, and the communication has been excellent. The changes I am noticing so far are subtle but deep. It's a feeling of increased calmness and a reduction in the sense of danger connected to particular thoughts and memories. I am starting to feel like I am looking calmly at them from a safe distance, rather than being drawn back into the fear I felt when they were happening. This shift has in turn given me a new sense of optimism, after feeling for a long time that I was stuck in a state of constant high-alert. I'm excited to see what other changes might come, and would recommend the SSP Wellness Centre to anybody thinking of trying SSP.

The support I've received for beginning my journey with SSP has been incredible. The platform and website are easy to use, as is the app. The time and attention I've received from Emma has been instrumental to receiving the benefits of this amazing program. Her empathy, wisdom and experience shine through every email.

The SSP Wellness Center has been an incredible resource for my son, who has ADHD. In just five weeks, we’ve already noticed positive changes in his mood, emotional regulation, understanding, and sleep. We’re eager to continue this journey and see even more benefits from the therapy. The communication and support he receives is exceptional. SSP is a life changing program. In just several weeks of doing daily or near daily sessions, I’m noticing gradual, small but significant changes in some mental and physical symptoms I’ve had for quite some time, that really add up as time goes on. The facilitators are fantastic - Trever is always there for questions/concerns when I need him, and the implementation of “microdosing” the listening sessions so not to overwhelm the nervous system is highly effective. Exceptional service overall.
