S&S ActivewearReviews of ssactivewear.com

I'm over it. The constant price increases, terrible customer service and now shipping issues...after many years of using S&S, I am done!

Delays... Delays... Delays... First they blamed UPS when the orders never left the warehouse. I contact UPS & they told me they never received the shipment. Next, they blamed covid. Then, it was due to Amazon opening a facility in the same complex & taking their employees. Now it’s because they are busy. It’s been excuse after excuse after excuse for atleast the last 8 to 9 years & yet, it's still stated on their site: “If you place your order before 5:00 p.m. local time, we’ll ship your order that same day.” But, it never goes out same day. They tell you to order as early as possible & it still doesn’t go out. Anytime you contact them for answers, you only get the same tracking number you already have, answers you already know & that’s when you're not getting 6 different answers for your 1 question. I bring up the same day shipping & I'm then told shipping is an estimate & not a guarantee. Isn't having on your site, “If you place your order before 5:00 p.m. local time, we’ll ship your order that same day" a guarantee??? I get shorted on my orders numerous times. This last week I was missing 10 long sleeve shirts & they only sent 1 as a replacement. So now I'm late on this order because your incompetent company couldn't send out the correct amount in the original order. One of many examples: I placed an order on 10/5/22. I was told it would be delayed & arrive on 10/7/22, then I’m told that same order will now arrive on 10/10/22. This was stuff for orders that were supposed to go out on 10/6, 10/7, 10/8 & 10/10. I had to explain to my customers why they aren’t getting their orders when I did the right thing & ordered with plenty of time for it to arrive. How is this ok? What was the excuse for their delays before covid? How is it the shippers fault when the package never leaves the warehouse? I don't doubt covid has slowed production down, but I've had the same type of delays before the pandemic & I get 6 different answers anytime I contact them for any information. Disgusting & unacceptable!

If you want a good example of corporate greed that is S&S. Not only have they gobbled up their competitors but now they are constantly increasing prices which will effectively make it where we either need to buy overseas or just go out of business. Not only that but then unless you hit a set 6 figure purchase quota every year they could careless about your business and treat you like trash. Contract prices on plus sizes? Nope. Sales Rep? Nope. When they wanna charge you $5.01 for a Gildan G5000 XL after you've constantly been giving them business that's when I move on and give my business to someone else.

Just a heads up on S&S Activewear. They have the worst customer service! I placed an order that was shipping to me locally. They sent it USPS, and it shows 10 days to receive! When I speak with them, their response is "Oh well". I don't recommend this company to anyone!

I wish I could give this clown car operation less than ZERO stars.. They are in the dictionary under "horrible customer service" and "couldn't care less about their goof ups. Once S&S gets your money for payment they could not give a hair on a dead rat's behind about the customer. Lost my shipment, did absolutely nothing about it except ask me to pay again without a clue about the original shipment then to add insult to injury they hold the refund ad infinitum.. NEVER AGAIN will they see 1 penny of my hard earned money.. WHERE IS MY REFUND ??
