We were hosting with another company and kept having issues with slow server response times. The average load time for this other company was 4-6 seconds. We decided to move to Squidix. They helped migrate all the sites over and responded to everything in a timely manner. We are now loading the same websites on average in 200 ms. Thanks!

I've been through several resellers over the past few months, I'm not a needy customer... I was a sysadmin for a good many years before outsourcing to a reseller. Squidix has been solid and reliable, servers are fast and responsive - like their customer support... which is a nice change in the realm of resellers.

Squidix, cares and it shows. I could not be happier, Larry and the entire company was awesome. The service was great. These people care and it shows. They truly went the extra mile for me and I am very thankful.

I have about 20 wordpress blogs, and could not find a hosting company that was reliable, with easy to understand tech support (yeah, answers that are not like "what was the question again" after 2 days of waiting while your blog is down. You won't get that bull here. Fast, professional service via chat and ticket system that is actually monitored by high level people that don't give excuses, but actually get the job done. I won't renew with my other hosting companies, as Squidix makes it so easy. Nothing like peace of mind while your website is working like it is supposed to. My blogs now load much faster, which is important to SEO and your customers experience. Highly Recommended, you won't be sorry if you sign up.

I really appreciated the fast and informative support when I was setting up my webhosting -- and I had a lot of questions!

I talked to Larry from Squidix and he seriously took care of me. Seriously. I was looking for a new hosting provider because my previous one kept raising price along with slow ticket answering. I kept looking for a new hosting company, emailing over 5 different companies. It is important for me that my tickets get answered fast and out of all, Squidix answered the fastest and not only that, their live chat is freaking available 24-7! Their price is awesome, they are always available and willing to help. So what more can you ask for? I hope to stay here long as possible. I am pretty darn impressed so far. :)

Since moving my hosting to Squidix, I have seen a remarkable improvement in my loading times. The speed is great. The support is also great. I was transferred without issues and I was updated on the transfer status throughout the entire process.

Best support I had so far. I have a managed VPS. Before I was at Hostgator what I will regret my whole life. Now I switched to Squidix.
