I run a trash collection service and over half my customers pay me through square. I love the how smooth it is to build and send invoices and receive payments. The only thing I wish is some of my customers still prefer paper invoices and to pay with check I wish their was feature that I could send those customer automatic paper invoices So I could do all invoicing in one area instead of having to use square for electronic and quick books for paper

I do like the square however, I don't like how you can only use so many times before being charged to deposit into bank. I understand that square does have to charge, however maybe less percentage.

I left 4 stars because there is definitely room for improvement but mostly we love using Square for our business needs. There is a few things that would be nice to have as an option for our business. Because we do all of our business online or over the phone, we need an option to click to tax certain customers and not necessarily certain items. Also, it would be nice to be able to pull a list of customers who purchase certain items and not just how many items we sold.

I am a psychotherapist in private practice. Initially I was using the square card reader for client payments in my office. When we were in extended lockdown, I continued using the Square card reader and invoice program to bill my clients from my home office. This is been a wonderfully convenient and private way to send invoices and for clients to pay online. I highly recommend this payment option. I would really like to be able to run reports quarterly for individual clients activity.

Square invoices work great for me. The only thing that would give it a 5 star rating for me is if I could produce Square invoices directly from my Quickbooks. I can do that with Paypal, but I no longer use Paypal for our invoicing or payment needs.
