The cost for this service
The cost for this service is ridiculous. I am looking into getting another service I cannot afford these exorbitant fees. It is way too expensive for a small business

Unable to get help!!!!!!!!
Everything was great then you made changes in the way I can process a card.I asked for help and you never responded. It's been over 2 weeks and I still can't run a card.We were killing it then you killed my roll.I NEED HELP WITH MY CARD PROCESS!!!!!!!!!!! YOU DONT CARE ABOUT MY BUSINESS ANYMORE....YOU ARE HARD TO GET AHOLD OF..

Let me borrow your money right now, I'll give it back when I feel like it.
To return your customers money after you have just taken it all in 1 second by accidentally pushing the wrong button, Your customer has to then wait 2-6 business days to get their money back. What a good system! Great job!
