The taste is awful. I tried several different meals. I don't know why but the flavors range from tasteless paste to very bad. That's a problem that has to be solved. There's no other problem this solves, it's a novelty, but to succeed it needs to taste dramatically better.

The Broccoli and Spinach was quite good when sautéed. The Asparagus was stringy and the chicken was extremely off-putting. I didn't even want to try the salmon and sea bass and didn't order the beef. If they could be frozen that would be a little bit of a game changer. I would consider a purchase in the future if they had more veges and maybe tofu that could be frozen.

We really do not recommend using only the microwave, but for example the electric grill or pan with a little olive oil to enhance the flavor and texture. Usually people love the flavor and the unique texture, it is worth emphasizing how nutritious they are. We have also created a recipe book with delicious and quick recipes you can use to prepare your squares, like a bowl and fries. Hopefully you can enjoy the rest of your meals this way.

The presentation was nice, and I like the cooler bag. But the food is like cardboard and I would never order again. I get that the point is convenience, but there are instant protein shakes or other options that taste way better. And also...the level of wastage is insane with the indie packs

The squares come vacuum-sealed singularly, so there's no waste if your plans changes at the last minute. Your diet could be fully-customizable and portion-controlled. The packaging is recyclable and biodegrable.

Sorry to say I did not like your food. I will eat what I ordered but won't repeat the process. Just too weird for me. The food was too sticky and just tasted odd. I think you need to do a bit more research and development on the taste factor + the texture. Just my own opine, of course! I can't account for anyone else's so I wish you the best in your endeavor! Who knows? You may be the food of the future!

My order still hasn't been delivered and it's been almost 2 weeks so I'm pretty sure that if I do get it it's going to have gone bad

Dear Abigail, We've replied to you by email. I’m deeply sorry to hear that your package is delayed! Most likely FedEx lost the package on transit. Unfortunately we can't control the 3rd party carrier, but we can definitely resend your meals because the food can't be more than 2 days in transit.

The product was thawed and hot, horrible packaging! Most companies use dry ice and this was sent with 3 cold packs! Everything was ruined and inedible ! I’m so mad and disappointed and want a refund, I already emailed the company about this with no response .

Elizabeth, we're extremely sorry for all the inconvenience you experienced. I replied to your email right after you wrote to us (you can try looking at your junk mail) you will find it. The 3rd party who handles our packages didn't do it properly. We do not want to send dry ice because we care about the environment. I have already issued a refund of your 3 meals.
