I filed a case. At this point I'm waiting for a court date. I paid extra to have a case agent. I've set up 3 different appointments. There is no detailed information on setting up these appointments. After 2 attempts they finally told me to use Google Meet. I did that and no one was there to take my call. I have tried using email to get someone to help me and I get a generic response. The customer service is just not there.

Awful experience
Awful experience. Been dealing with this company for over 8 months. Had first court date finally scheduled and they did not serve the defendants so we had to reschedule. They do not call or email you back. They have lied to me and said things were done and they haven’t. They finally served the defendants with a processor and they promised they would serve by Sheriff department too, well I contacted the Sheriff department several times and they never received the request so I had to drive 4 hours and pay more money out of pocket to make sure Sheriff served my defendants.. They sent me my invoice I paid them money after several requests so I can get reimbursed at court and they have under summary defendants vs defendants . My name is not even on the receipt, so I won’t get reimbursed unless under summary it’s states me as plaintiff vs defendants. I’ve asked for this Correction for 5 weeks now and still haven’t received. Very unprofessional and incompetent company.. if I go to court next week without this receipt sent to me corrected and I don’t get reimbursement by judge because I don’t have correct paperwork, I will sue this company for more then just this receipt I have been promised for weeks now.
I gave this company several chances to do the right thing and treat my case in professional manner and it has been nothing but lies and promises and taking way too long.
I do not recommend this company.

[Updated on 1/13/2025 after Squabble's incomplete response]
Service was accomplished on time after your process server missed it the first time.
Ryan from your company called from a "NO CALLER ID" number, and left the following message On January 9th at 6:20p (29 hours after the missed appointment): "This is Ryan. I'm calling from squabble. I hope you are doing well. I just wanted to connect with you and speak. If you regarding the case I assume you're a little busy right now I'll I'll try again shortly I'll talk to you soon thank you bye-bye…”
He has not called back, nor has he emailed.
Your customer service has been substandard, and people should avoid your services. I've requested a refund, and have been ignored.

I paid for the Dedicated Case Agent Package. In preparation for my court date on Friday 1/10/25, I scheduled a Case Review meeting for today (1/8/25) at 1:30p (EST) via Google Meet. I sat there until 1:50p, and no one showed up.
They have no phone number to call or Live Chat. I sent emails to let them know someone dropped the ball. I received the standard "We got your email," reply.
This is the last straw. They already failed to serve process on time for the first hearing (in November) - which made me have to reschedule. I paid them to hire the process server who blew the deadline, yet they acted like they were doing me a favor by not making me pay to have it served correctly.
My guess is that they are overwhelmed and can't manage their customer volume. Unfortunately, they take the money up front, and can hide behind their "Customer Support" email.

Jon,
We apologize that the case agent missed the scheduled appointment. It is my understanding that our team has been in touch with you since last week. Your defendant was properly served in time (on Dec 18th).
Squabble has been working very closely with our process server company (ABC Legal) to ensure cases are being served with priority.
Your court hearing was on the 10th. I hope everything went well for you!

Let me tell you about this company scam
Let me tell you , this company pray on people . Their packages are not clear and transparent . I spend 96 $ for receiving a court form that I have to fill and wich is free to get online and in court . Same things with the letter , is a template you need to figure out ( also free online) plus 9 $ for E service . They don’t do civil court only small claims. Beside send them emails about it if I can update to civil court when I realized , they never responded , I was scammed by them . They don’t want to refund .
I want my money back. I did claim before and I don’ t you to teach me how to fill a court for and charge me 96 dollars for it ! Is a scam !!!!Refund my money !!!

Maria,
The package you chose is best suited for either those who are unclear of the proper documents to prepare, how to prepare them and where to file them - AND/OR - for those who wish to use the documents and the demand letter to attempt to settle the matter before filing in court.
When it comes to filing it in court we offer services to help with that process, including handling any type of court rejections as a result of the filing. We also provide services to get it out to a process server to get the court summons served quickly upon the defendant.
The documents you received can most definitely be found on the court's website or obtained directly from court. The court, however, cannot aid you in filing it properly and there are many customers who seek this help and experience. Your demand letter is a template created by Squabble for our customers. A professionally drafted demand letter sent on your behalf from a law office can cost several hundreds of dollars in attorney fees. We provide it free as a courtesy with our backing in being ready and available to file your case in court when you decide that a threat of a lawsuit is not getting a positive response from your defendant.
One of your concerns was moving this matter out of small claims and into the civil court system. Squabble is a small claims filing facilitator and cannot prepare civil suit documents for you strictly for the purpose of just having the documents. We can, however, file a limited civil case in California for you on this if you choose to move forward with filing. Once you upgrade your basic package to our case agent package we can assess the additional court filing costs required to do so and you can make a determination if you would like to proceed in small claims or as a limited civil case.

I’m have zero experience with court so…
I’m have zero experience with court so I tried this company specifically because I life in a different state than which I am filing from. I had a dental malpractice case and for anything medical in the state of Tennessee you basic have a year to present your case or you reach the statutes of limitations. My first mistake was trusting and paying for a service without actually talking to someone first. There’s no contact number so you will never be able to talk to anyone unless they schedule a zoom call or send an email and even then it’s a different person each time. I submitted my case back May 15th 2024 for $438.00 total and it stated 2-3 weeks to be accepted by the courts. On May 24th 2024 I was as to have the documents signed by a notary which I did and sent back on the same day. On May 30th I was told they were sorry for the delay and they would proceed with filing. On May 31st I was told triple check was complete and they would be filing in another 3 business days. I didn’t not receive any information for months I reached out via email in October 7th requesting a full refund and was told someone will contact me in 1-2 business days. Instead of contacting me Squabble decides to deliver it to the courts on the 8th which means they had not done it this entire time furthermore I asked for a refund but instead they decide to do the job the we’re for for months ago despite my request for refund. On Oct 10th I asked for my refund again and got no contact until Oct.22nd where I was told to set up a zoom meeting to talk about the case to which I replied for the 3rd time that I want my refund. And then I no longer received any contact from the squabble team. Today is December 24th Christmas Eve and I get a letter in the mail from the clerks office where the paperwork should have been filed and it stated it was filed November 1st 2024, 5months after I submitted my case and the paper work was missing the case number, the hearing date and time for defendant to be served by process server and also the check for the clerk for filing filled out wrong. I just reached out again asking for my refund for the 4th time. In the event that my case actually does get filed properly we have probably already reached the statues of limitations, and it will get thrown out.

Felisha,
The clerk's office in Shelby County, TN has been backed up for quite some time in processing filed claims. A member of our team is currently reaching out to you to address these issues.

Squabble is a joke and a scam
These people are crooks. It’s a joke and a scam. They got the defendant’s address wrong, they couldn’t be served and they took
absolutely no responsibility for it. Their iPhone app was removed from the App Store because it received so many poor reviews. A miserable failure.
Response from SquabbleDec 20, 2024
Ellery,
You submitted your claim with Squabble nearly a year ago. Your case was submitted and accepted by the court using the defendant's name and address you provided. Service was performed by the court via certified mail. In the event it fails then it can be attempted on the same or alternate addresses using a process server once the court notifies you of failed certified mail delivery. This is specific to certain jurisdictions such as New York.
In the event of a failed service of process, Squabble can perform additional service of process attempts upon the defendant and help with postponing or refiling the case to accommodate for the additional time required to do so. For businesses we rely on the registered agent of service filed with the Secretary of State and can also attempt service directly on the business. For individuals we can help provide "skip tracing" services to locate individuals who have relocated to unknown addresses.
If you would like is to schedule an appointment to discuss these options with a member of our case review team, I have upgraded your account to our highest-level package which will allow you to do so. Simply log into your account on our website.
Our service offerings and packages have been drastically overhauled and enhanced since you filed your case last January '24.
On that note, Squabble no longer has mobile apps as we have been evolving our product and service options over the past 2 years and made a decision that our mobile apps are unable to keep up with our updates, offerings and the methods our customers use to interact with our team and exchange documents.
Our website is optimized for both desktop, tablet and mobile devices.
I assure you that it was not a result of any negative reviews as that is not a policy. In fact, Squabble helps individuals with many thousands of claims each year and our customer satisfaction is well above 99%.
We appreciate you sharing your feedback and can help you get this matter resolved.
If you require further assistance with your case and serving your defendant, please log into your account and schedule an appointment so we can get everything squared away for you. We can assist in refiling, if needed, and determining multiple paths for successful service upon your defendant.

Absolute Scam - Stay Far Away!
I made a $420 payment to Squabble Inc. on September 5th, 2024 through Amazon Pay, trusting it was a legitimate platform. I immediately requested a refund within 48 hours due to poor service and unresolved issues, yet Squabble refused to honor my request. Worse still, they blocked two separate chargeback attempts initiated with my bank.
After reading reviews on Trustpilot, I discovered I wasn’t alone—this company has a pattern of scamming customers, refusing refunds, and offering nothing of value in return. They promise solutions for legal disputes, but instead, they create frustration, financial loss, and endless runarounds.
Despite reaching out to them countless times and escalating the issue, Squabble has shown zero accountability. Their fraudulent practices cost me not just $420 but also a prior $68 loss. Save yourself the stress and avoid Squabble at all costs!
Squabble Inc. is a scam. I’ve reported them to Amazon Pay and other financial platforms for investigation.

CHIAGBAIZU SHENK,
We have communicated on this before in many forums. I assure you that Squabble did not "Block" any disputes you had with your bank. The bank issued a dispute with Squabble requiring Squabble to furnish documentation. Prior to your dispute we authorized a refund on some of your costs that had not been incurred, however, were not able to refund them due to the dispute that was filed by you (not our policy, it was bank policy). It was our desire to provide those refunds on the case you wanted to cancel.
Squabble indicated to your bank that we were attempting to and wanted to refund part of those costs on your dispute you filed. Your bank closed out the dispute and we are unable to provide that partial refund still.
I will work with my team to figure out another solution. Ideally, we would have either finished filing the case or had more time for our accounting department to complete the proposed refund on the cancellation. With that said, we understand your sentiment and will try to find another solution.

Terrible service
Terrible service. They created two cases for me. both were rejected by the courts. They refused to refund me more than a tiny amount and now i'm back at square 1. Really bad service. Just file with small claims yourself. Don't use them. Very rude too. scammers
