nefarious overcharges worst solar company. Highly unethical
nefarious overcharges. Massive true up from PGE. Grid failure on both inverters which is very concerning and a red light on the Cat meter. System has essentially been shut off since June 2025 as we brought up concerns prior: Lack of maintenance that has caused weather tight seals to fail in numerous locations (and overall potential power failure and fire risk) exhaustive customer service records, we have a chronic electrical arc issue (and grid failure), error messages detected via the inverter, for YEARS and the system is operating at half production or worse. Spruce has monumentally failed to live up to our agreement. We have made numerous requests, over many years of agony, to have fixed, but the issue has never been resolved. Worst solar company ever.
