Their product is truly one of the best and allows for insanely accurate targeting. They apparently do not have a customer service department. I have sent ten emails and opened multiple tickets and haven’t had one response. I am due a refund and have had other technical issues; they won’t address anything. It just isn’t acceptable. I’m faced with the choice to use an inferior product like prodvigate or to roll the dice with sprizzy that a campaign will work as intended. If it doesn’t, no one will get back to me.

They did deliver the views in 2 days, they promised but sadly it’s all Bot views, not real people, my audience retention plummeted like Niagara falls, lowest I’ve had in history, also all the 1000 subscribers that I got in the matter of minutes are now disappearing. Also all views and subscribers were from India only, and I’m in australia. Also all the comments were fake too, mostly just gibberish, for example “hdududbdbhd”. So don’t use them they clearly a scam. Now I’m worried that I might get a warning from YouTube for fake views.

I have a relatively new channel, and I wanted to try and get my video seen by more people, so I tried Sprizzy. I paid the $50 minimum, and I did receive a decent number of views, and they came in at a steady pace each day. However, the overwhelming majority of those viewers clicked away after a little over 30 seconds, which sunk my channel's overall viewer retention. On top of that, I only gained one new subscriber, only got four likes, zero comments and zero dislikes. Granted, my video was from a sitcom/webseries, so it is drastically different from the standard YouTube content. But, what that tells me is Sprizzy has a very limited scope in terms of who can potentially benefit from their service. If you're not making click-baity instructional, informative videos, you're not likely to see positive results beyond a spike in views. You can get that for much cheaper by just straight up buying views from any of the thousand services that offer that online.

The service has potential, but whether it will help your channel grow is kind of a coin toss. I, like many others, don't like how it takes credit for subscribers I got from other sources besides the video ad. Also one of the campaigns ended early for some reason, and they kept my money rather than refunding for unused dollars. Support was mildly helpful at best.

I started using Sprizzy a couple of months ago. And it was great - really worked. But gradually the results have been less impressive. In fact I read another review that seemed to say the same thing. Country targeting is all over the shop. I am British, produced an English lyrics ballad (so lyrics are important) with an American vocalist and my YouTube stats show about 30% of the views were from Italy - the weekend of the Euros Final! And 1.4% were from the UK. You can imagine my video didn't receive much love! I think that maybe once Sprizzy thinks you're a regular customer, they take their foot off the gas and concentrate on new customers - which I was originally.

I tried it twice with the goal of gaining subscribers and views. Paid 50 dollars for a 7 day campaign. The views I got, about 1500 each time, but no comments or likes and about 11 new subscribers, all on the last day. The average view was under 30 seconds. Those subs lasted maybe 24 hours before they unsubscribed. No interaction with any of these "viewers" and "subs." Might as well have been bots.
