I've had a similiar experience as the other reviewers on here. I ordered from Sprinter Supplier a month ago, never received my order and have been trying to contact them for a refund. They need to stop taking orders that they can't deliver & communicate with their customers.

DO NOT BUY FROM SPRINTER SUPPLIER! NO SHIPMENT OF DISPOSABLE MASKS - NO COMMUNICATION - I HAVE WAITED OVER ONE MONTH! I placed my order online on April 10th and paid via Amazon Pay. Sprinter Supplier advertises 2-Day Federal Express on the Disposable Masks, I have waited over a month.. and today is May 12th and still no shipment! I have emailed kindly but they won't issue my credit / refund! This is a SCAM! I'm disputing this charge with my bank...and will never do business with these third party suppliers trying to sell COVID-19 items!

On the 9th I placed an order with these people. In the product description the merchant reported that shipments were coming in by the following Monday the 13th and that orders would be processed and shipped 2nd day FedEx express that day. Since that time I have not received my ordered goods. I have attempted to contact them with no success via their social media page at "redacted". I tried to call and the phone went unanswered and their voicemail would not take any more messages. I also attempted to contact them through their email at "redacted", Again with no response. The only contact I, or anyone who has posted about this company, have received was a mass email that amounted to a softly worded threat to anyone who was threatening fraud charges. I attempted to get a refund, requesting it via email, as they requested people do in their Mass email, again with no response. I attempted to refund through Amazon Pay and today grew tired of the month long process and refuted charges with my bank. As of today, the 29th, the merchant is still taking orders and payment despite being unable or unwilling to provide a tangible product, and is refusing to contact their paying customers.

Bad experience, same as others. Kept pushing back the date on shipment for KN-95 masks, sent one email and then stopped responding altogether. Had to reclaim my money with the credit card company. Bad business. Avoid.

They should be shut down for false advertising !!!!

I don’t agree with the previous poster that this company is a scam. However, their actions and business practices are simply negligent. I ordered two In Stock items with a confirmation email stating that they would ship three days later. A week goes by and I still haven’t received a shipping confirmation so I followed up with Sprinter — no response. A week later (2 weeks after ordering) I was informed via a group email that my items would not be shipped for quite some time. This is unacceptable. The practice of listing items as available and then taking two weeks to inform your customers that they’re not available is simply dishonest. I understand the climate that we’re in and I’m not even questioning the fact that these items are not available. I’m upset at the way the company handled the situation — they collected our money and provided no feedback until enough people complained. I simply don’t trust Sprinter Supplier and recommend that others consider my experience before ordering.

I ordered face masks from Sprinter Supplier. The website showed in stock and promised to ship 2 day delivery from Philadelphia. The items never shipped. I contacted Sprinter Supplier by email and they promised they would ship but that was weeks ago and now when u try to contact them, they do not respond. Major SCAM!!!! Beware of this company !!!!!
