What a nightmare! I rented a Mercedes Executive Sprinter XXL though this site and have had nothing but problems since - not with the vehicle or the host, but with Sprinter Rentals at van.sprinter-rentals.com and their mindless responses and laughably bad automation. It created not one, but three trips for me - all on the same dates and for the same vehicle. When I paid the deposit, they applied it to the wrong trip! When I went in to pay the balance, they charged the entire amount to the correct trip. So, I have been overcharged $1121.53 (so far) - the amount of the deposit. Both the host (the actual owner of the van) and I have both been in contact via email (and for him - phone) with this bunch of clowns a half dozen times each. The owner said it was the first time he used them, his experience with them has also not been good (for example, they are not open on Sunday, but they rented me a van to pick up on a Sunday!) and they add 10% to everything. They told the owner that this Sunday rental glitch "would be fixed in their next software release". The owner spoke with someone at Sprinter rip-offs over the phone and they said they would fix everything and contact me. An hour or so later they sent me an email saying that the host messed up. However, he has absolutely no control over their billing - it is all done through their badly broken website. and Hal-like automation. We are both still working on cleaning up this incredible mess. Please, if you find something on van.sprinter-rentals.com, DO NOT book it through them! They are utterly incompetent and uncaring on every level. Try to find out who actually owns the thing and book it through them instead. It would have saved me over $2,000 and I wouldn't have to spend two entire days (so far, but its not yet even close to resolved) dealing with nonsensical corporate robots (human and automated) and the massive problems and errors they created. Addendum: They did finally refund the deposit that they applied incorrectly, but I would still avoid them like the plague.

The Site is very user friendly, it was easy for me to select the Van I wanted to rent. Pick up and return was easy. The ability to pay with Debit Card and enjoy unlimited miles is what got me to us them over Car Rental and Turo.

They took my reservation and a YEAR later cancelled it saying they didn't have the inventory. Seems to me that they gave away the van to someone else, or they should have known they wouldn't have the van well ahead of time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
