Sprinkler WarehouseReviews of sprinklerwarehouse.com

I bought a part on Amazon from their store. Description said it was compatible with what I needed but it wasn't. Bought a whole new system from them. So I returned the part in perfect condition. They kept $71 and refunded me $5 for the part. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Horrible return policy and they do not have exact descriptions.

I've purchased products from Sprinkler Warehouse over the years to install 5 drip irrigation systems for myself, friends and family. They used to be a company that stood behind everything they sold and provided excellent customer support, but those days are long gone. My latest order included a defective timer that has a 3-year warranty. Note this timer was received 05/26, Installed 06/20, and reported to Sprinkler Warehouse as defective 07/03. Sprinkler Warehouse only allows 14 days to find defects so they said this would have to be a warranty claim. The Sprinkler Warehouse policy for warranty claims is that the customer pays to ship the defective item(s) back to them and the customer also pays to have the warranty replacement reshipped back to the customer. So we're talking in the neighborhood of $25 in shipping costs the customer is required to pay to get a defective $35 item replaced under warranty. I also had an issue with a backflow prevention valve in the connection kit leaking, sent them a video, and they said they'd ship a replacement which they did. The replacement they sent was not the correct part. Save yourself the frustration and buy as another reviewer said from a big box store where returns are easy or choose an online retailer who knows what they're doing and values their customers - this would not be Sprinkler Warehouse

years ago sprinkler warehouse was a great resource and had great prices ... now, SW is just a drop shipper and the phone "support", is worthless as their telephone answerer doesn't actually know anything about sprinklers ... the SW agent directed me to call a help line at rainbird, which was a contractor/distributor number only as rainbird no longer has customer support ... the blurb on the rainbird line directed me to go BACK to the retailer ... and SW product selection and prices are now FAR worse than big box retailers, to boot ... GROK says that pretty much ALL sprinkler websites now operate like sprinkler warehouse, so do yourself a favor and quit wasting time online and just buy from one of the big box stores ... better and quicker service, delivery, and prices, and returns are totally painless ...

Ordered and paid for two sprinkler heads and one has DOA. Have sent multiple emails asking for a replacement or partial refund but they refuse to answer my emails. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!
