Basically good service.
It took a little longer than anticipated to receive my order, but given that Memorial Day Weekend was in the middle of it all, it is understandable. Would have liked more information on how to give the dried sweet potato chips to my horse/dogs, not sure which they're for, though the dogs seem to like them. Will try them for my horse this afternoon.

Good service but dogs refused it!
The service I received for my phone call but my dogs refused to eat their food w longevity added. They refused to take fresh factor even in peanut butter...ugh! I asked the person I spoke to for ideas and was only told that some dogs refuse it.

Not sure what is on those hip and joint…
Not sure what is on those hip and joint pills but our dogs hate it. I have to use peanut butter, oil and whatever else or shove it down their throats to get them to eat them. They work, but 'that' work is a bit much. Need a new flavor, like MEAT. These smell like chocolate.

Hi Deborah, Thank you for reaching out to Springtime. We are so sorry to hear that the Advanced Hip and Joint is not popular with your dogs! The Boswellia that is so helpful in supporting healthy joints and a healthy inflammatory response does have a strong flavor associated with it, and some dogs are not a fan of that flavor. One thing that usually works is to break the tablets into quarters and mix into the dog chow starting with a very small amount and gradually increasing to the full dosage. Other customers have had luck using a little bit of a special flavor treat to get their dogs back on track. Common examples are peanut butter, cottage cheese, olive oil, a favorite canned dog food, etc. We hope you find a simple solution. I love Springtime products
I love Springtime products! The only reason I gave 4 stars is because of a cap on the oil I ordered. While the squeeze cap works fine it makes dosing difficult for me. The regular cap works ok but it gets a bit messy and I have to wipe it and the bottle off every day. Other than that everything was great.

I am a long time customer of…
I am a long time customer and a fan of all of the dog products. I appreciate the option to reduce shipping charges. However, I dislike the " bonus" free gift designed to increase sales. The options keep shifting and their value reducing, making it feel like a manipulative game.
