Good range of products
Good range of products, easy transition without upsetting a dog's digestive system, and shipping by UPS which is a plus for my area.

Over all ok
Over all ok, but the shipping method is USPS Priority, which comes organically with a tracking number. I had to ask to get me tracking. This should be automatic for a variety of reasons.

I haven’t received my product yet so I can’t comment on it But ordering was hard the first time I tried it would not let me order The second time it did I put in to Canada so shipping a bit but then was notified it was a lot more then I saw on the bill of sale by 50$ more so it was a shock When I receive it and test it on my pooches I will know more

I disliked there is maltodextrin and…
I disliked there is dextrose in the tablets. Is it really necessary? If so, why?

Hi Bill, Thank you for reaching out to us about this concern. We do not use maltodextrin in any of our products. We use a small amount of Desiccated beef liver, dextrose, microcrystalline cellulose, and stearic acid. The beef liver is there to make the tablets more palatable. The Microcrystalline Cellulose and Dextrose are used in small amounts to help bind the tablet. The Stearic Acid is a fatty acid derived from vegetables and oils used as lubricant in capsule making. Since garlic does not naturally want to stay formed as a solid and smooth tablet, we do have to use some added ingredients to make that work. If you are interested in the Bug Off Garlic Granules, that is pure, granulated garlic with no added ingredients. I hope this clarifies and confusion!

First time customer
First time ordering from the company period not the best, but not the worst. I’m sure I will try it again. The delivery times kept changing day-to-day so that was a little frustrating in itself. But hopefully moving forward, it will improve. Otherwise, the product seems to be good thus far.

I feel like the product is too expensive. So then I still have to order two in order to get free shipping. Not cool.

Mixed reactions . . .
One horse will tolerate the garlic, the other will not eat her feed with garlic. The smell is so strong, one sniff and she ignores the pellets. Note: she would eat it previously. Am wondering if it would loose its strong smell and value if I let it “air out?”

Hi Cindy, We would recommend stopping for a few days and then slowly reintroduce the garlic to your horse. Many customers will start with just a pinch and then go up from there. I would nor recommend leaving the garlic open to air out as the humidity introduced would make the garlic sticky and possibly clumpy. If you have a fridge or freezer in your barn, storing the garlic in the fridge can lower the smell and flavor, without losing the effectiveness. The website was easy to use
The website was easy to use. Order took forever to arrive. I would recommend starting out with 1/4 of a tablet no matter what size dog and work your way up. My dogs took the full first dose and liked the flavor. However, despite having it on a full stomach, they both vomited after 1/2 hour. I tried a 1/4 tablet 2 days later, same thing happened. I will not use the product again.
