Nothing but positive experiences in all aspects...
Any experience with this company has been excellent. Questions on a product? Phone call/email response within less than a day and all questions answered. Questions on dosing for pet weight not listed? Again, answers and further explanation. Orders placed with next day delivery, although regular delivery chosen as the option. They can't answer if you don't ask. If they don't have the answer, they find it and get back to you. The emails notifying of price hikes are also very helpful!

We've been customers of Springtime for over 25 years. Our horses and dogs have taken their joint supplements for years. We've used Bug Off garlic for our dogs for the last 10 years. We've had times where they have gone above and beyond to get us an important supplement for our 31 year old horse when their supply was delayed. Without even asking they offered to get something asap for us. That's why we've been customers for so long, supplements we see results from and great customer service. Fast shipping too!
