The iris bulb was very very dry and withered, roots as well, was not protected in anyway inside the box.virtually no green at all on the bulb/roots. I planted it, hope it makes it?

I order a rose bush on 7-17-26. It said it shipped year round and was available. It kept getting delayed. I call 9-9-26 and was told it should ship by the end of September. According to the website, they also canceled my 7-17 order and put it in as a 9-9 order. Today, I received an email that it was out of stock and the order was canceled

When I received my plants, one of them was dead. I contacted Spring Hill Nurseries and they immediately gave me credit for the dead plant. Very responsive.

Tree came in great condition and is still doing well, no turning leaves, after a few days planted. Packaging was great. I will look to do business again in spring!
