Prompt response and careful delivery of plants.

Trees were barely 12" (some probably closer to 11") but the biggest reason for the low rating is I ordered 6 norway spruce and I received 5 norway spruce and 1 mystery plant.

4 of the hostas were rotten. Please refund.

Plants not received. It’s been 2 weeks and the order status is still “not yet shipped.” I’m getting emails daily from Spring Hill to buy more stuff but zero communication about the plants I’ve already ordered and paid for.

Took order with target delivery dates. Then passed delivery dates. Sale of items I ordered. No delivery. Cancellation of order by Spring Hill. So for over 1 year I waited. Went elsewhere. Order confirmed and delivery within 3 weeks.

The quality of the product that delivered is very good.

I placed on order on October 5, on the 13 I did not have a shipping label, called and canceled order. The very next day on October 14, did not see a confirmation email saying cancelled, called back , was assured order was cancelled, morning of October 15 I get email with a tracking number. I called a third time and was told you cant cancel, it’s been shipped.was assured plants will survive cold weather and told call back next summer if they don’t look good. Anyone want to take bets on what customer service will be like in six months ?
