I joined Springboard in 2020. I followed every step that Thach told me to do. By 2023 I had done enough real estate that I was able to leave my 9-5 as a single mom. If you do the work, show up and stay consistent you can make anything happen. I wouldn’t be were I am today without Thach and this mentorship. I should also add that I did his method in Arizona and in Washington and it worked in both locations.

As a student who joined Springboard in 2024, I can honestly say that the experience has been life-changing for me. Thach and Stephanie took the time to understand my situation and goals. They were genuinely curious about my challenges and dreams. Once we refined my goals together, they offered consistent support, guiding me every single day toward achieving them. On a personal level, I was dealing with a lot of emotional turmoil in my life. As a mother of a toddler and an infant, balancing motherhood, work, and real estate goals felt overwhelming. But Thach and Stephanie were there to help me remove the chaos and refocus my mindset. Their unwavering support has been incredible, and they continue to guide me through every challenge. Thach’s program has been a game changer for my wife and me. Signed up for Inncer Circle and couldn’t be happier. I met Thach and joined the Springboard community in April 2021, now it's been more than 4 years. Through out the 4 years, I've witnessed, listened, and interacted with other gurus. Here's my honest opinion and what I've witnessed. Thach and the Stephenie and the REALEST ONE OUT THERE! They literally treat you like family, take care of you, and looking out for you. This is the only coaching program where Thach himself still attend the live calls and give game/coaching EVERY SINGLE WEEK! Most of the courses run by gurus, they are not even on the calls themselves, they may show up a few times a year if you get lucky. In addition, the Thach you see on social media is the Thach you get in real life, aligned, down to earth, and ready to give and contribute. By signing up, it doesn't guarantee you freedom option and choice. You have to be proactive, take action, and do the work. Thach, Stephenie and the Springboard team are there to back you and support you as much as you need on this journey to financial freedom and live the life you want to live.

Hey all! I wanted to share my real feedback and what the mentorship gave me. I joined Springboard end of 2022 and was very proactive to achieve my intentions. At the end of the day - our goal is to get our time back through investing in real estate. So I took every actionable step I could from the program (because its a investment of my money and time). I want to get the results; I came for. And I did.  I own 8 rentals now and building more through the strategizes that Thach and Springboard teaches. The knowledge is extremely helpful, but I think what makes the mentorship different is the people and community in it. They are extremely helpful and always trying to uplift everyone who is making the effort. I recommend the mentorship, only if you are super serious about being financially free and willing to be committed and consistent.

I’m now preparing to semi-retire at 24, and I credit this program for laying the foundation that made that possible.

If you DON'T show up for weekly calls, ask questions, watch the modules, or put time into strengthening your weaknesses or letting go of fear, you will not benefit from this course. You get what you put into it. My experience has been 10/10. I've had the privilege of meeting people from different states, created relationships with like-minded individuals who want to see you succeed like you want to see them succeed, and this journey with Springboard has taught me to change my mindset. It has been a blessing in my life. Stephanie and Thach are a blessing to everyone they meet.
