Springboard offers very helpful courses and resources to help me learn the skillsets that I never had experiences on.

so far i have been to the bootcamp for around 2 months. i am satisfied with the curriculum, mentorship and career coach. my initial motivations to join springboard was to gain a little more confidence and know my abilities better, using the feed back i get from my mentor, and also to get motivated through a specific plan that i need to finish, plus working on several projects (something we don't get by finishing online courses), and after completing 1/3 of the course, i can say that i am getting what i had in mind.

So far, I have enjoyed my Springboard experience. The instruction is relevant, and I've already been able to put what I've learned into practice in my job. Also, the mentors are knowledgeable and very willing to help. Mine has gone over and above to make sure I succeed in my projects. I will probably be friends with him even after I finish the program. I like all the hands-on exercises and projects. They make it much easier for me to learn.

I've really loved my experience so far with Springboard. I have a great relationship with my mentor, Lauren, and I also find myself loving the coursework. It's very immersive and structured so well. I have nothing but positive things to say! I am only 20% through the course so far, so there is a lot to go, but I am really enjoying it!

The UI/UX Career Track at Springboard is a 9 months part time course but allows you to do it at your own pace, and I've done it full-time in 3 months! The curriculum is abundant and in-depth. It builds you up step by step from a complete beginner (I'm from a HR background) to a junior designer with solid design knowledge and skills. The mentorship is definitely the most valuable part of the career track, as feedback and advice from an industry expert is 10 times more useful than working by yourself alone. Springboard has also created a welcoming community where students can help and learn from each other, with additional support from the student managers and career coaches. Now I'm ready to step into the real UX design world, and I'm really glad that I've chosen Springboard at the first place.

Springboard helped me not only pivot into an entirely different career, but equipped me with both foundational and detailed knowledge on tasks and responsibilities typical of a UX Designer. I have now been in my first official UX Design role for two days, and already feel empowered to exceed my employer's expectations of a beginning UX-er, all thanks to the thoughtful and robust support from the Springboard team. My mentor and career coach were especially critical to my success and confidence starting out in this exciting and challenging field, and my student advisor helped me navigate the flexibility I needed from the course while I was dealing with an unexpected "life situation." In totality, this all speaks great volumes about the attention and care Springboard dedicates to its students at each part of their learning journey.

The experience so far has been amazing and well rounded. This is the third review Springboard has asked me to do, for some reason you guys dont believe me when I say I like the course. An LMS like Springboard is more than just the integrations, video content etc. It is the community and those that help propel the community forward. Sophie, my student advisor, and Shoumik, my mentor, have both been super supportive, knowing that much of this materiel is quite challenging for less technical people such as myself. Sophie has gone above and beyond to recommend solutions and to make the course work for me and for other students, she is attentive to everyone and makes everyone feel at ease. Springboard should seriously consider giving her a raise and a promotion. Shoumik meanwhile has helped me realize and rethink how to best find my niche, since success in the course and the career path also depend on consistency and perseverance. overall I give the course and Springboard a 5/5
