Received a damaged a/c condenser, didn’t open the box for about five weeks. When I opened it…surprise! It looked like it had been pushed off the delivery truck. Guess who washed their hands of the problem - Spreetail! Buyer beware! Edit - not only was the piece of junk beat up when I received it, now that I’ve completely unpacked the head, it’s missing parts! Not sure why I’m surprised. Thanks Spreetail! Edit #2 - received the nonsense email from Spreetail customer service asking me to contact them (trying to make it look as if they care). Contacted them, received the same response as I did when Amazon was involved, basically sorry we can’t help you.

Absolutely useless!!! They are listed as a "Verified Seller" on B&Q so thought they should be ok to buy from. Very wrong. The listing (for a child's slide) said next day delivery, which is "confirmed at checkout." This was the sole reason for buying it through B&Q, as the same item sold by Spreetail on Amazon said 4 days. By the end of the next day there was no update on the order and no item delivered, so I contacted them through B&Q to request a shipping tracking number. A day later I still hadn't heard anything so I escalated it with Paypal and B&Q. The next day (3 days after placing the order) I got notification from Evri that they were expecting my parcel. However, the tracking number supplied didn't work. The following day (so in line with the Amazon listing) the item was delivered, in a box that was heavily torn and damaged. Amazingly everything was still in there so I accepted the delivery. I never got any response or updates or feedback from Spreetail, or B&Q. After reading the other reviews (which I wish I had done before placing the order)I honestly think the only reason I got my item was because I raised a claim with Paypal and B&Q. I will definitely never buy anything through them again.

Avoid ordering from this company. Product was damaged and they charged me a restocking fee. I’m currently trying to get Amazon to refund the money directly

I bought a paddleboard from them, and it burst at the seam at the first use. The company did not issue a refund. They are a scam.

I placed an order that accidentally doubled one of my items. Unaware of the fact I received two of the same set of speakers. After installing everything and also having to return a set of 6x9 speakers that didn’t fit to a different retailer I started my return process. First seller accepted an open package with no issues or questions just what type of shipping return label. Spreetail on the other hand took me 2 days past return policy, which was 17 days.(15 day Policy) Messaging in an automated system that only responds once every 24hrs. Once notified they refused to accept an unopened item that was accidentally ordered twice. Poor poor services. Only 2 days past return policy that I started before the 15th day.

Where is my parcel? There’s no way of contacting you to find out where my parcel is. Have you lost it? What the hell is going on?

SPREETAIL IS THE WORST> They sent me plastic furniture instead of trampoline parts. I tried ot buy this for may kids birthday and they have been a NIGHTMARE. There is nobody that can help. They tell you they will call back, yet THEY NEVER CALL. They are a toxic seller. Do not engage them in any sort of business.

They lost my package after I had been waiting on it for 3 days , and instead of shipping with overnight shipping or same day shipping , they gave my package to fed ex, who then said it would take 3 days to receive the item. Then they said not only would they not refund me , they could only offer a refund of $12 for the inconvenience, when they lost a package worth $150.
