I got excited because I was sent a promotion code for 30% off a yearly plan but the email contained an expired link even though the email was sent out yesterday. That is frustrating, but it wasn’t the representative’s fault and she did everything she could to help as much as she could. It wasn’t a desired result that I wanted, but again that wasn’t her fault. Thank you.

I like the interface. User experience is good. Don't have any trouble to report. Also the customer care is good.

The recording app has made the experience better. Recording and uploading podcast is faster and much easier to do in just about any place.

Spreaker is the best! It is free, you can get money, and download it on any other app! I adore how they answer so quickly and have an article to help you with everything because a lot of people don't know how to do it and they teach them how so swiftly.

The Reinstatement of my temporary account

The response time to my problem was really fast and their solution ideas made sense. Unfortunately my file was corrupted at my end so there was nothing that could be done other than to re-record it.
