Sent me a faulty pressure gauge and did nothing to resolve problem. Also shorted me one gallon of lemon sufacant. Worse company I’ve dealt with in a while. Do not buy from these crooks.

STAY AWAY FROM SPRAYWELL! I don’t know where the good reviews are coming from but this company is horrible from start to finish! First they claim fastest shipping in the business. It was over 3 weeks. Customer service doesn’t answer emails. They do not return phone calls. And when they send the wrong part you’re out the shipping for the wrong part, shipping the wrong part back to them, AND A 20% restock fee! This is one of the worst Internet businesses I’ve ever dealt with. That’s really saying something. If you read this review and still order from them it’s on you.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER. Take your business elsewhere. A bunch of lazy people in the ware house who cannot properly fulfill orders in a reasonable amount of time. All the comments pretty much nail it. Don’t believe the friends and family Reviews. Cause there is no way. I wish I had checked out this page for Reveiw’s before my purchase. Now they give a run around lie about switching warehouses to try to milk more time out of it. They used that same excuse back in March. They will generate a label to fake act like the item is sent while the order is yet to be received from usps or ups. With the way the move here. They must be just waiting to get an order before calling their distributors to get whatever they need to ship it out. Cut out this middle man behavior. A complete waste of time. Never again.

This is the worst company I've ever dealt with in my entire life. these are lying conniving horrible people. I ordered something from these people and didn't get it. I spent a month battling with them back and forth and the people that shipped it. The guy who runs it Gavin lied to everyone about everything to keep from refunding my money they actually got the money back from Graco and still refuse to give me my money back so they could keep it. I had to dispute the charges on my credit card to get my money and they were going to try to charge me a $200 restocking fee for something that I didn't get these are awful awful people stay away at all costs. "In my opinion" . I'm going to put that down. cuz these people are so awful they probably sue for a review like this if you want to order anything from Graco and you're on the West Coast go to Dunn-Edwards paint store
