I've used the Rejuventation Plus, Hair and Nails, Diet Power, and Snore. The Rejuventation Plus works best for me as far as stated intent of the product. With the Snore, I felt heart palpitations and will not use the rest of that product ($29 wasted). Unfortunately for me, the Diet Power did not curb my appetite nor my cravings.

Menopower does not eliminate 'power surges', but it does a very good job of making them bearable. Especially if you use it regularly.
