I use Sprayology's SleepEase and DigestivEase. They both work very well. I carry DigestivEase in my purse to get rid of that heavy feeling after having dinner out in a restaurant. It does wonders. For years I was unable to function normally in society. I always had to plan every function (including work) around my pms. I've heard so many stories that I did not want hormonal treatment. This product is really awesome -- when with friends we tend to drink a bit more wine than we should, but this spray assures us that there will be no hangover the next morning! On vacation it is an essential! Also a great headache reliever -- even when not drinking! I've shared this with lots of friends and they are all skeptical and then amazed!

I ordered Meno Power in my continuing search for hot flash relief and I could feel the difference in a few days. Though they haven't stopped completely, they are much less in intensity and frequency. If I stop drinking alcohol, my hot flashes are even less.
